Serving Size: For adults and children over 12 years of age, take1 or 2 capsules at bedtime or when needed with a full glass of water. Children ages 6 to 12 take half a doze or as directed by physician.

Action and uses: Indicated for relief occasional functional constipation. Current theory of mechanism of action is that glycosides that are transported to the colon where they are changed to aglycone, which stimulates aurebatch’s plexus to induce peristalsis. Virtually colon specific action is gentle, effective and predictable usually inducing comfortable evacuation of well-formed stool within 6-8 hours.

Proper doses are free of adverse reaction (such as loose stool or abdominal discomfort). Numerous extensive clinical studies show their degree of effectiveness in varieties of functional constipation, chronic and geriatric, antepartum and post partum, drug induced, pediatric as well as functional constipation concurrent with heart diseases or ano-rectal surgery.

A Dietary Supplement Alleviates occasional constipation and helps to maintain regularity.

INGREDIENTS: (High quality extract of herbs from its natural habitant)

SENA (Cassia Angustifolia)
This herb purifies Bile secretion is (pit-shodak it means it purifies the Pit dosha and improves the quality of Digestive fluids in the system) & (vata anuloman it means it improves Vata) according to ayurveda

It purifies Bile secretion & Abdominal gases are directed downwards by its activity, Enhances Intestinal movements, which are sluggish due to (constipation) but during this process it creates intestinal colic (gripping effect) some times. This negative action is rectified by the ingredient saunth.

SAUNTH (Ginger Powder) (Zingiber Officinale) (Adrak)
Herb is (Ushna , Tikshna & Kaf- vat - shamak means it is hot by nature, action is stronger and removes kapha and Vata) by nature & due to this it helps in expelling Intestinal wind, prevents fermentation & activates digestion and thus improves appetite. It also works on Intestinal obstructions due to its (Tikshan) property.

AMALTAS (golden shower) (Cassia Fistula):
This is a mild laxative herb & it drives (Kafa Dosha) out of intestine and softens the inner intestinal lining by increasing mucosa and eliminating dryness present inside. It also improves Liver enlargement (Inflammation) for better assimilation and absorption of food intake.

MULETHI (Glycyrrhiza Glabra) (Mulethi) (Yasthimadhu):
This is also a mild laxative as it softens the stool; facilitate the expulsion of wind trapped in the intestine. (Vatanuloman & Rechan it means Laxative) herb i.e. It helps in proper digestion, by diminishing intestinal acidity & facilitate healing intestinal ulcers.

Why this combination is effective! On constipation & helps prolonged effect to normalize from this problem

Senna (Cassia Angustifolia) : is (lagu), (Rukshya - dry) & Tikshan- herb. (It gives result after digestion but in this process creates dryness and sometimes creates griping effect in intestines.

Ginger Powder (Zingiber Officinale) (sounth) (Adrak): Has got Vatghan- property. Saunth is Ushna Tikshan-) by nature, hence it enhances
The working of product and helps in taking instant relief.

Indian Laburnum (golden shower) (Cassia Fistula) (Amaltas) is soft & lubricant herb by nature (it diminishes dryness inside intestine created by the use of SENA).

Licorice (Glycyrrhiza Glabra) (Mulethi) (Yasthimadhu) : (Vatanuloman & Rechan-) and excellent intestinal ulcer healer. Also lowers down intestinal acidity.

Thus in composition each herb has its own role and balances effect of the all herbs.

Effectiveness and mode of action. This is very good combination for constipation and problems created by this like acidity, hyper acidity finally advancing to peptic or duodenal ulcers. This combination normalizes parasitic moments of intestine as each herb enhances the normal activity of it. Slowly intestinal moment is normalize by the use of it and habit of bowel clearance reaches to its normal functioning thus hyper acidity and ulcers (Intestinal) are dealt by these four herbs action of enhancing and activating to normal strength, ability and working of intestine.

Usage Time:
People suffering from severe problem can take 2 capsules with warm milk or with plenty of water last at night (Bed time) or anytime 2 hours after meals for 2 or 3 days in the beginning

And subsequent dose of 1 capsule per day.

Precautions:
Don’t take over dose of this product as Diarrhoea can take place resulting in electrolytic imbalance / deficiency can take place.

Diet
Person using this product (for constipation) should systematize their food habits (means breakfast lunch and dinner should be taken at proper times) and it will be beneficial if they take plenty of liquids, milk and spongy food (salad etc.)

Cardamom / fenugreek (saunf), plain soda can be taken according to the requirement for relief from gripping effect (if any)or use our product digestive care along with laxa comfort. If intestinal colic persists stop its usage for some time.

Tridosha Balance
In this product sanaye by its laxative effective and also (ruksh / dryness property) can form intestinal spasm / colic which are checked by the (Ushna / Tikshan & Vataghan) properties of saunth also soft and mild lubricant effect of amaltas. Due to its kapha Nissarak property it balances the Tridoshas (Vat, Pitta, and Kapha) Mulethi has got (Guru, Snigdha) Properties and herbs is (Sheet Virya) so it balances Pita janit effect of Saunth. Thus Tridosha Balance is very much there or usage of this product balances Tridoshas. Senna Cassia helps to bar constipation Zinbiger Officinale (Ginger) is digestive stimulant, helps to bar gripping effect.

Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice root) helps to bar gastric irritation.

Anupan: (Helping eatables) Warm cow- milk, warm water, juices, honey 1 to 2 teaspoon of this taken by warm water will enhance the activity of this formulation.
