pH Advice will accept returns within 30 days of order subject to the following terms and conditions. If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Jupiterionizers for a Return Authorization (RA) number. No return can be accepted without our prior authorization - Unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department. Customer is responsible for both actual outbound and return shipping and handling charges. Once we receive an authorized return, store merchandise credit will be issued for the actual cost of product minus shipping and handling costs. This credit can be used at any one of our 42 stores. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Effective 7/12/05: The 60 day return policy for the Jupiter Melody and Jupiter Microlite is valid only on machines purchased at full price. The return policy is good for 60 days from date of order. Upon return, your money will be refunded minus the actual cost of shipping and handling
Custom Orders
There is no refund or exchange on any custom orders including, but not limited to, custom length cuts. special made items and special order items not normally carried in our warehouse.
Return Policy Exceptions
WATER PRODUCTS - Water filtration products or any products that utilize water are not returnable if used. This includes shower filters, water filters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, vapor steam cleaners, infrared saunas, etc. The Microlite and the Melody are excluded from this rule.
FILTERS/CARTRIDGES – Only new, un-opened replacement filters may be returned within 15 days for store merchandise credit.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - Special Order Items are non returnable.
ITEMS PURCHASED WITH STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT - Items purchased with store merchandise credit are non returnable
